Classroom Q – A Digital Waiting List for Students Needing Assistance

WHO: Teachers that are looking for a way to know which students need help, what they need to help with, and who was first, all at a glance.

HOW: Teachers can sign up for a free account (paid versions available with additional options) using their school Google account at https://classroomq.com/. When the class is ready to go, the teacher launches a new session with a unique ID. Students open a new tab on their device and head to https://classroomq.com/students/, enter their name and the class ID code. If they have a question, students can click on the “Assistance Needed” button and optionally add a text comment. Students are also able to see where they are in line, so they can continue working.

WHEN: This product is great for classrooms where students are working individually or in groups. It allows the teacher to see who digitally “raised their hand” first, while also addressing the class as a whole if they notice many students have the same issue.
